- We have additional studio space! Rent the Main studio with Studio B and get more space for your production. At marginal cost, this 13ftx 13ft BONUS extension studio lets you finish your project in half the time and save money! Perfect for shooting second unit, or having two stages to shoot in one location simultaneously!

Silicon Valley Studios can cater to your next event that requires space! Here are our rates to utilize just the space/facilities without any lighting or production requirements.

* SPECIAL RATES are available if any of the the following conditions apply:
1. Book 30 days in advance
2. Bookings for 3 consecutive days or more
- Keep a lookout for our promotional flyers online which have promotional deals for regular rates!
- We DO NOT rent our studio equipment.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Hourly booking can only be used for three consecutive hours.
2. Half day is 4 hours long
3. Full day is 8 hours long
4. Normal studio hours are between 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
5. 20% premium will be charged over the booking rate for bookings outside 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
6. Rental include use of lights but does not include any camera equipment
7. Cancellation will be charged per the following schedule:
A. Cancellation one week in advance: No charge
B. Cancellation less than a week but more than a day in advance: 20%
C. Cancellation a day in advance or no show:
(i)100% for a day
(ii)80% for the next 6 days or less
(iii)Nothing for reservation beyond a week
